Create your first store

Step by step

1. Start with your account

   On the vendor sign-in page, choose Create an account. Already registered? Sign in with your existing account and skip to store setup.

2. Tell us your name

   Enter your full name. This identifies your account; you will choose your business name separately.

3. Add your email address

   Use an email you can access. You may need it to verify your account and recover your password.

4. Choose a secure password

   Use at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

5. Confirm your password

   Enter the same password again to make sure it is correct.

6. Review the terms

   Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then check the agreement box to continue.

7. Create your account

   Choose Create account. This creates your vendor account, where you can manage your stores.

8. Check your email if asked

   If verification is required, open the confirmation email and verify your address, then sign in. If you are signed in automatically, continue to Your stores.

9. Create your first store

   From Your stores, choose Create your first store to open the store setup page.

10. Give your store a name

    This is your business display name. Use the name your customers will recognize, such as Sophea Studio.

11. Choose your website name

    A website name is suggested from your store name. You can edit it: use 3–63 lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens between words. Choose an available name.

12. Add your business phone

    Choose the correct calling code and enter your business phone number. In this example, +855 is the calling code for Cambodia.

13. Choose your currency carefully

    This is the currency your store uses for prices and transactions. USD is selected here. Currency cannot be changed after you create the store.

14. Choose your store language

    Select English or Khmer for your store. In this example, we keep English selected.

15. Bring it all together

    Review your store details, then choose Create store. JustTenh creates your store and opens its dashboard.

16. Your first store is ready.

    You are now in your store dashboard. Next, add your products and finish your setup. Your website stays private until you choose to publish it.
