Store setup

Setting up your dashboard

Follow the animated vendor setup guide to add ABA / KHQR, upload a QR image, choose a Google Maps pin or current location and save registration details.

Step by step

  1. Open your store Home

Select your store from Your stores. A new store opens its setup guide on Home. If you have already left the guide, use the Setup guide link at the bottom of the dashboard to review it. Skip onboarding leaves the setup guide and opens Home; return to the guide whenever you are ready.

  2. Review Store basics

Check your Store name, Slug and Phone number. The slug uses 3–63 lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens between words. Your store currency is shown here and cannot be changed after the store is created. Store basics is required and has no Skip this step action. Choose Save & continue.

  3. Choose your Checkout methods

Cash / Cash on delivery is selected by default. Keep Cash selected and select the ABA payment checkbox when ABA / KHQR is enabled for your store. Its settings open automatically. Enter the required Account name and Account ID, then use QR code image to choose your own PNG, JPEG or WebP QR image. Wait for the upload, check the saved QR preview and choose Save & continue. Checkout methods is required and has no Skip this step action; you can keep Cash and save without adding ABA. Review your choices later under Payments → Payment methods.

  4. Set your Tax settings

Answer Charge tax? If you choose Yes, enter a Tax percentage from 0 to 100 and review Include with all items. Save your preferences with Save & continue, or choose Skip this step (Not now on a phone) to finish this later.

  5. Choose your Store address on Google Maps

Choose Add Google Maps, enter your place or address in Search Google Maps and select Search. Select the matching result to place a pin, check its location and coordinates, and drag the pin if you need to adjust it. Use my location can add your current position: allow location access when asked, wait for Finding location… to finish, and check the pin before saving. Use this only when you are at your store. If location access is unavailable, select a point on the map instead. Choose Save address. Add address lets you type an address instead. You can continue without these details by choosing Not now from the choices, or Skip this step while editing (Not now on a phone).

  6. Save your Business registration

Choose Yes, add registration details. Enter the required Registration ID and Business name. Under Registration document, select a PDF or image if you want to include a document; the upload is optional. Check the selected filename and choose Save details. Wait while the document uploads and your details save, then use View current document to review the saved file. You can also choose Not now from the choices, or Skip this step while editing (Not now on a phone), to finish this optional section later.

  7. Your store is ready

Your setup preferences are saved. Your store setup now offers Add product and Add orders. This is the completion screen for the guide. Your store is ready for its first product and order. The guide uses fictional details and illustrated uploads; it does not change your store or send any files.

  8. Choose your next task

Choose Add product from Your store setup to open the product form, or Add orders to open the order form. The Products, Orders, POS and Income & expenses sections are also available in your store navigation. Start with your first product, then follow the POS guide when you are ready for your first sale.
