Business reports

Choose dates and comparison

Apply one business-calendar scope across report destinations. Last 7 days and Compare: previous period are the defaults. Custom dates require valid start and end dates, start≤end and no more than 730 days between them. An equal-length immediately preceding period supplies the comparison. Main reports include only records in the store currency; booking currency is handled separately. Dates use Asia/Phnom_Penh.

Read the overview correctly

Keep paid sales, receipts, orders and customers distinct. Paid-order sales follow order dates and exclude cancelled and returned orders. Orders placed includes every status; buying customers counts saved customers with a paid order. Money received counts completed payments before refunds. Income minus expenses subtracts refunds and posted expenses, and is not net profit. Transfers do not create sales.

Inspect order statuses and chart dates

Use the sales chart to narrow the order records. Sales → Orders over time offers All statuses, Paid orders, Awaiting payment and Cancelled / returned, with day or month grouping. Selecting a chart bar filters the records to that date or month. Clear date restores the status-filtered records. The metric cards remain totals for the report period.

Find buying customers and their orders

Rank paid spend and inspect qualifying purchases. Customers can be searched by name, email or phone, ranked by paid spend or paid orders, and filtered to first-time or returning buyers. Open a customer to see spend and paid orders in this period. First-time buyers made their first paid purchase in the range; new customer records count registrations. Anonymous orders are reported separately.

Compare product performance

Separate units, paid-order counts and saved line sales. Sales → Products ranks paid-order product lines by product sales or units sold. Search checks product names and categories. Product sales are saved line subtotals before order-level discounts, tax and delivery. Open a product for its paid orders and current catalogue cost estimate; source records remain unchanged.

Check estimated margin coverage

Find missing costs before using the partial estimate. Estimated profit uses current product or variant catalogue costs, not historical purchase costs. Missing-cost items are excluded from covered margin. Review missing costs filters the table while coverage metrics retain the whole period. Margin on covered items is partial and before shop expenses, rather than net profit.

Review money and posted expenses

Read payment dates, refunds, transfers and expense records. Income separates receipts and refunds; transfer activity is shown without treating it as new income. These dates can differ from order dates. Expenses includes only posted records in the store currency and selected expense dates. Type and supplier filters narrow the records and export, while metric cards remain period-wide. Drafts and voids are excluded.

Export the selected report

Review matching rows and their scope before requesting a CSV. Download report opens a confirmation for the current report. It exports all matching rows across pages, with date, store, currency, timezone, filter and comparison metadata. Customer-order detail, Bookings and Website provide their own export paths. This guide is presentation only and downloads no files.

Booking and website reports

Review booking arrival cohorts

Compare bookings and balances in one saved currency. Bookings requires Booking access. It groups all statuses by saved arrival/start date and includes all recorded payments, refunds and costs for those visits, even when money moved outside the period. Booking currency filters saved records without conversion. Net received includes deposits; due and credit are computed per booking. Cash after costs is not profit. Dedicated CSV includes summaries, arrivals, statuses and every room/table row.

Understand website activity

Compare browsing actions with saved commerce records. Website measures public, published-site activity. Page views count once per page and browser every 30 minutes; privacy settings affect visitor estimates. Shopping journey totals are independent counts, not a visitor conversion funnel. Website orders and bookings include every status; paid revenue uses store-currency records excluding cancellations/returns. Website CSV is a direct metrics export.
