Using the AI assistant

Ask about your store, review and edit action drafts, approve supported changes and explore conversations, voice, product images and AI allowances.

Ask, review and approve

  1. Open AI Assistant

Open AI Assistant as a store Admin or Manager. Availability depends on enabled AI, supported models and your account allowance.

  2. Describe the store task

Enter Create a category called Home essentials. Use a specific request. The message box accepts up to 4,000 characters.

  3. Send the request

Choose Send or press Enter. Shift+Enter adds a line. Sending a request does not approve a store change.

  4. Wait for the response

The outgoing message shows Sending… while the assistant prepares its response.

  5. Review the proposed action

The assistant proposes Create category with Awaiting confirmation. This is a draft, not a saved category.

  6. Check the supplied values

Review Name: Home essentials and Nothing has been saved. Edit to review the full form. Cancel, Edit and Approve are separate choices.

  7. Open Edit

Choose Edit to review the complete category form before approving.

  8. Revise the category name

Change Category name to Homeware. The field is required and can contain up to 255 characters.

  9. Close the form and review

Closing the editor keeps the draft in chat, including the edited name. It does not save the category.

  10. Reopen the reviewed form

This independent card starts with the reviewed Homeware draft. Open Edit to approve from the full form.

  11. Approve the reviewed draft

Choose Approve in the form after checking Homeware. Approval rechecks your access and the latest record.

  12. Wait for the save

The approval form shows Saving… while the request is pending. Do not send a second approval.

  13. Verify the confirmed action

The card now says confirmed and Action completed. The saved category is Homeware. The approval does not send another chat question.

  14. Use View saved record

View saved record opens the category list, where you can check the result. The illustrated link does not navigate to your store.

AI assistant features

Ask about your store

Use information requests and copy reply text. Store questions can read authorized catalog, order, booking and other supported records. A plain answer is not a saved action. Supported changes appear as reviewable cards. Available actions depend on platform settings, store features and your permissions. Payments are read-only in chat; payment, refund and withdrawal actions use their own workflows.

Cancel and recover safely

Distinguish cancelled drafts from unverified saves. Cancel on a pending action produces No changes were saved. Closing the Edit form only keeps the draft in chat. If a save cannot be verified, reload the chat before retrying. An out-of-date draft must be cancelled and requested again. Review the latest record; approving a draft does not guarantee the requested change succeeded.

Use voice and language

Turn short speech into an editable message. Voice to text records for up to sixty seconds, then produces editable text. Review and correct the transcript before sending; it is not automatically submitted. Audio is not saved in the app. Language offers English and Khmer. Voice requires a supported transcription model and available allowance. Khmer typing remains available when Khmer voice is awaiting accuracy validation. If microphone access is denied, type instead.

Manage your conversation history

Start, reopen or delete your own store chats. History belongs to the signed-in user and selected store. It loads recent conversations with Show more when more pages exist. New conversation keeps old chats. Deleting a chat removes its messages and cancels unapproved drafts. Saved store changes and usage records are kept. Recent history is limited; do not treat chat text as your permanent business record.

Check usage and availability

Read the current allowance and its reset date. The displayed allowance can use replies, tokens or estimated budget. Reply allowance is shared across the account’s stores. The model label reflects configuration; the chat has no model picker. When allowance is used up, new questions are blocked, but existing conversations and confirmation of action cards remain available. Availability also depends on enabled AI, credentials and supported models.

Add images to a product draft

Review product images in the product editor. Product images are chosen in a product draft’s Edit form, not attached to a generic chat message. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to eight images and ten megabytes each. For a new product, the first image is Primary and Set primary changes it. New images on an existing product are added to its gallery while the current cover stays. Files upload when you approve; selecting files alone does not save the product.
