Enter the name customers should see for this account. This guide uses the fictional Sample shop.

Plans and payment features
Review and change methods
Use checkboxes, Edit and unavailable-method warnings. The checkbox selects a customer checkout method. Edit and Close only expand and collapse its details. Cash has no account-details panel. Available options come from the platform catalog. ABA / KHQR and Bakong have account and QR fields; other methods may only expose their enable/disable explanation. Save checkout methods persists any changes.
Check the plan and usage
Review the account plan, its term and shared allowances. Current plan belongs to the business account, across all its stores. The owner manages billing; team members see the plan used by their store and usage. Account usage can include transactions, AI replies, stores and active products. Parent listings count once; variants do not use extra product slots. Usage by store breaks down products and transactions. Deleting records does not restore transaction usage.
Compare available plans
Compare live catalog choices, billing periods and features. An owner on Free can review the catalog plan cards, available billing periods and Compare all features. The comparison table scrolls horizontally on mobile. Prices, discounts, limits and purchase availability can change. This guide uses a fictional quote: 20.00 USD monthly or 192.00 USD for a full year. Check the current app quote before purchasing. Contact sales is a request, not a confirmed plan upgrade.
Review subscription payments
Distinguish a pending request from a confirmed payment. The review page shows the selected tier, period, provider options, tax and Amount due. Subscription provider availability depends on platform settings and detected country. Customer checkout methods are configured separately. Cash creates a pending payment request. ABA / KHQR opens the payment flow when available. Credit card explains automatic charges each month or year until cancellation. A pending or failed payment does not confirm an active paid plan; check the actual result. These illustrations submit no request and open no provider.
Find wallet funds and accounts
Locate available funds, pending approval and receiving accounts. Digital wallet requires wallet access and admin permission for payment settings. It shows funds available to withdraw separately from pending approval. Manage accounts stores receiving accounts; Request withdrawal begins a request using the available balance. Subscription purchases and customer checkout preferences are separate from receiving-account setup.
