One business, online and at the counter.

A practical starting point for bringing your website, orders and POS together.

Start with one product list.

A customer should be able to recognize your products wherever they shop. Before you open another sales channel, review your product names, prices and variants. A clear catalog makes it easier for your team to find the right item and for a customer to understand what they are buying.

Give every order a place to go.

Decide who reviews a new online order, who prepares it and who records payment. Use the same order records to follow the sale through your working day. Your website and point of sale can then support a shared process instead of creating a second pile of work.

Check the handoff.

Try a sample customer order and a counter sale before changing your team’s routine. Check that the product, quantity, payment status and customer details are recorded as expected. Walk through a cancellation too, so your team knows what to do when a sale changes.

Review the day together.

Use your reports to compare sales and payments for the same period. Look for open orders or payments that still need attention. A short daily review helps you spot gaps in the process while the details are still fresh.
