A little AI help. Your team in control.
Start with clear questions and review suggested actions before making changes.
Begin with the work in front of you.
Ask about a specific order, product or booking and include enough detail to identify it. Clear questions are easier to answer than broad requests such as “Fix my business.” If the assistant asks for clarification, provide the missing detail before continuing.
Check the answer against your records.
Read the context and figures returned by the assistant. Check the date range, store and record details when they matter. An AI answer is a useful starting point for reviewing your business; your underlying records remain the place to check the details.
Review a suggested change.
When the assistant prepares an action, check the proposed fields, quantities and affected record before approving it. If something is missing, refine the request. Keep the same care you would use when entering the change yourself.
Build a routine your team understands.
Choose a few repeatable tasks for your first week, such as finding an order or preparing a draft. Discuss who reviews changes and which permissions each person needs. Expand the routine as your team learns where the assistant is useful.
